How Lumos handles inquiry information.

What the inquiry form collects
The form asks for your name, email address, optional preferred date and message. Lumos Photography uses those details to reply, understand the portrait you are considering and manage any resulting correspondence.
How the information is delivered
The form is handled by a Cloudflare Pages Function and a private Cloudflare email Worker, then delivered to the Lumos Photography inbox. The website does not intentionally write inquiry contents to a customer database. Cloudflare and the receiving email provider may process technical, security and delivery records under their own privacy and retention practices.
Retention
Inquiry emails are kept only while they are reasonably needed to respond, plan a session, maintain an administrative record or meet legal and security obligations. Messages that are no longer needed are deleted from the active inbox; provider backups and operational logs may follow the providers’ own deletion schedules.
Website measurement and cookies
This website does not install advertising cookies or analytics by default. Hosting and security systems may still process basic request information such as an IP address, browser details and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. If optional analytics or advertising tools are added, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.
Cal.com consultations
The consultation link opens Cal.com in a new tab. Information submitted there is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy terms and is not submitted through the Lumos inquiry form.
Access, correction or deletion requests
To ask what inquiry information Lumos holds, correct it or request deletion, use the contact form and begin the message with “Privacy request.” Lumos may retain limited information where required for legal, fraud-prevention or security purposes.
